Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility (Staff Mobility for Teaching – STA)

There are many reasons why you should come and teach in Zlín. Beside the fact that Zlín is a wonderful place full of friendly people and the Faculty of Humanities offers young, modern and inspiring academic environment, there are also your professional motives. Through teaching in other but your home university you can enhance your working experience, generate new ideas and best practice, discover alternative ways of working and of course develop valuable international network.

Eligible Participants

Academic staff employed by a higher education institution holding an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE). Staff from enterprises or other organisations invited to teach at a higher education institution. Participants must be formally selected by their sending institution.

Duration and Teaching Requirements

  • Typical duration: 2 days up to 2 months (excluding travel time)
  • Recommended duration: 5 working days
  • Minimum teaching load: at least 8 teaching hours per mobility period
  • Mobility must consist f teaching activities only (conference participation is not eligible).

Teaching mobility Terms and Conditions

  • The teaching mobility stays may take place only at an educational institution which has concluded a bilateral agreement with TBU.
  • Members of the academic staff are allowed to take part in the mobility repeatedly within the Erasmus+ programme. Due to limited financial resources, taking part in no more than 1 term of mobility per semester is highly recommended.
