Ph.D. Studies
Doctoral studies are intended for true enthusiasts who want to accomplish something completely new in the field, i.e. for those who have a desire to expand their knowledge and join the research community. You have an opportunity to achieve a higher level of education that will help your career develop as well as improve your English. PhD students are entitled to a monthly scholarship, and further financing can be obtained through joining research projects. This degree course normally takes four years to complete and after passing the state doctoral exam and the successful defense of your PhD thesis, you will be awarded the academic degree of Doctor (abbreviated as “Ph.D.”).
In doctoral studies, FHS offers one-degree course in Pedagogy in both full-time and part-time modes. The course can be taken only in Czech language.
