FHS Did Not Miss the Senior Cup in 2020 either

In 2020, the Faculty once again participated in the pétanque competition in Luhačovice, designed for senior teams from the Zlín Region under the name Senior Cup. The event, originally scheduled for May, was postponed to the end of the summer and took place on 27 August 2020, retaining all its appeal. The seventh edition of this event was once again supported by the Zlín Region in cooperation with the Faculty of Humanities at UTB in Zlín and Luhačovice Spa, a.s. This year, not only students from the Institute of Health Sciences and the Institute of Educational Sciences but also staff from FHS contributed to the preparation and organisation of this sporting event, and they deserve special thanks here. The Senior Cup tournament has become a tradition and is a highly sought-after activity among seniors. This year’s edition saw the participation of 42 competing teams from across the Zlín Region, and congratulations are in order for all teams for their outstanding performances!
