University of Ljubljana – Inspiration and Cooperation

As part of the OP VVV Institutional Quality and Development of Science Strategy project at UTB in Zlín, PhDr. Barbora Petrů Puhrová, Ph.D., from the Institute of School Pedagogy, participated in a one-month internship at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Education.

The aim was to gain experience and new insights in the areas of pedagogy, teacher training, and visits to nursery schools in practice. Topics, new ideas, as well as the deepening of cooperation in the field of research, were subsequently discussed with colleagues and students. Examples of good practices, such as the use of children’s portfolios in nursery schools or the creation of didactically focused activities within theoretical and practical subjects, will be applied in subsequent teaching activities and in the development of joint research projects.
