Workshop and Lectures by doc. Sanja Berčnik

As part of the supported project under UTB’s Internal Competition for the Support of Incoming Foreign Academic and Research Staff or Industry Experts at UTB in Zlín, the Institute of School Pedagogy welcomed doc. Dr. Sanja Berčnik from the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia.

During the week-long visit, lectures were delivered on preschool and primary education, focusing on current challenges and issues in education and possible solutions. Additionally, an interactive workshop for teaching students was held on the topic of Family and School Cooperation. The visit by doc. Berčnik has contributed to the continuation of cooperation, which began in 2017 and will proceed with joint publications and a study visit to Slovenia as part of the UŠP project activities and the IKAROS project (UTB).

The project successfully met its objectives both professionally and personally, as the Covid pandemic had previously prevented in-person meetings and the fostering of good relationships with international institutions.
