doc. RNDr. Martina Pavlačková, Ph.D.
Department of School EducationShe completed her Master’s degree in Mathematics and its Applications with a specialization in Applications of Mathematics in Economics at the Faculty of Science, Palacký University Olomouc, in 2005. Three years later, she successfully completed her doctoral studies in Mathematical Analysis and passed the rigorous examination in Mathematics and its Applications at the same faculty.
She began her academic career in 2008 as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematical Analysis and Applications of Mathematics at the Faculty of Science, Palacký University Olomouc, where she worked until 2019. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2021, she worked as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at Moravian Business College Olomouc. In 2021, she successfully habilitated in Mathematics – Mathematical Analysis at the Faculty of Science, Masaryk University in Brno. Since then, she has been working as an Associate Professor and Manager of the Institute of Applied Mathematics at Moravian Business College Olomouc. Since 2026, she has also been an Associate Professor at the Institute of School Pedagogy at the Faculty of Humanities, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Her professional focus is on mathematical analysis and the theory of differential equations. She investigates initial and boundary value problems in a wide range of mathematical structures – from standard models to abstract infinite-dimensional spaces. She also focuses on the use of mathematics in pedagogical research and economic applications.
