Tomas Bata University in Zlín

She focuses on the education of pupils with a different first language and those coming from diverse cultural and life backgrounds, working within the framework of current legislation and everyday school practice. She teaches courses in multicultural education and cultural and social anthropology, integrating theoretical perspectives with practical experience from schools. She has long been involved in systemic and research projects aimed at supporting schools, developing teachers’ professional competencies, shaping educational policy, and creating conditions for equal educational opportunities for all pupils.
