Michaela Lukešová focuses mainly on the issues of communication and interaction in higher education, on determinants influencing the direct interaction of teacher and student in teaching at university, and concept and professional identity of university teachers. Within the framework of pedagogical activities,  she specializes in Social Policy and Social Work.
