International Festival
25. April 2023The International Festival will be held in the building U13 (Rectorate) between 10am and 2pm on Tuesday, 25 April 2023. Organization of the Festival has been aided by international students who had come to Zlín either for short-term study periods or degree programmes taught in English. Many of them have prepared fun things related to their home countries, cultures and traditions for Czech students, as well as the chance to sample traditional dishes and delicacies. You can look forward to, for example, sweet France, lively Mexico, exotic Vietnam, and Ukraine, a country full of traditions. Attendees to the Festival will also have the opportunity to take part in a contest and win TBU promotional items and trendy clothing.
The event will also include lectures designed for students and employees, where they can get information about the possibilities of obtaining a scholarship for a study period/internship in the USA or France. The staff of the TBU International Office will provide the attendees with general and useful information regarding study periods and traineeships abroad; and TBU students who have participated in an international mobility programme will give presentations and share their experience. Students from the Erasmus Student Network Zlín will give you tips and advice on how to get more involved in international life at TBU.
