Mgr. Karla Hrbáčková, Ph.D.
Department of Pedagogical SciencesKarla Hrbáčková works at the Faculty of Humanities, Tomas Bata University in Zlín, where she is responsible for courses in quantitative methodology and socio-pedagogical diagnostics at the master’s level. Her research focuses on self-regulation of learning and behavior in children and adolescents, self-developing behavior, social relationships within the classroom, and the development of metacognitive thinking in children. She currently leads a research team focusing on the self-regulation of digital behavior among youth and contributes to research on dynamic risk management in preschool children’s play. In her practice she uses her experience of intuitive pedagogy and kinesiology (One Brain ™ approach). She is a PSYCH-K® facilitator.
