Mgr. Vladimíra Fonfárová, Ph.D.Department of Modern Languages and Literatures
Vladimíra Fonfárová is an assistant professor in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Czech Republic. In her research she focuses on Canadian literature, especially English written Canadian short story, Canadian historiographic metafiction and Canadian contemporary novelists. She is the author of several publications on Canadian short story and the co-author of the book Chapters from Contemporary Canadian Literature (2012). She also works as a translator and interpreter for several film festivals and also translates contemporary fiction.
