This practical, collaborative workshop for first-year PhD students uses human-centred design to explore the doctoral journey — your hopes, concerns, opportunities and the community you want to build.
Together, we will explore how to:
· develop confidence and a sense of agency
· build connections and professional networks
· strengthen your identity as an independent scholar
You will leave with practical tools for reflection, new connections and ideas for shaping your PhD experience.
