Vyber si téma, připrav prezentaci a pojď do toho. V porotě zasednou kromě významných osobností UTB také manažeři firem, tedy lidé pohybující se v top managementu různého typu organizací.

Recommendations for Competitors
· Avoid clichés. Do not repeat what we have already heard a thousand times from other sources (e.g.,that good sleep and balanced nutrition are essential for well-being).
· Focus on a narrow, specific aspect of the topic. Do not treat the topic as fixed and complete – refine and specify it to suit your presentation.
· Make your speech personal. The best speakers present because they themselves have something meaningful and interesting to say.
· Aim to be slightly provocative and thought-provoking. Presentations that challenge the audience and give them something to reflect on tend to attract more attention.
· Avoid reading from notes or slides. Learn your speech by heart and maintain eye contact with the audience.
· Ensure your presentation has a clear flow. Each slide should logically build on the previous one and develop a coherent, well-structured story.
